Villmark delivers specialist expertise to the Swedish Elite Football (SEF) to ensure seamless digital infrastructure for Allsvenskan and Superettan as TV4 takes over the media partnership in 2026.
SEF – Swedish Professional Football League’s new six-year agreement with TV4 starting in 2026 signifies a major technological upgrade for elite football in Sweden. To meet modern requirements for broadcast production and high-speed data, SEF has selected Villmark as supplier of technical architecture and specialist services for the national network and in-venue infrastructure.
Villmark will help establish a robust and future-oriented platform for digital connectivity, integrating cameras, screens, network-based media systems, and real-time data transfers between stadiums, SEF headquarters, and broadcaster TV4. These solutions are based on experience from Villmark’s work with Norwegian Elite Fotball, already used by all top clubs in Norway.
The agreement between SEF and TV4/Telia covers the period 2026–2031 and includes all exclusive live broadcasts of Allsvenskan and Superettan. Villmark’s delivery will ensure technical stability, high data security, and scalable solutions supporting live content production and premium audience experiences.
